Every election year, retirees are some of the most politically savvy and most reliable voters. Older voters turnout in large numbers and can play a decisive role in an election. The Alliance for Retired Americans is sponsoring the Retiree Roadrunner so that members get the facts about where the candidates stand on senior issues.

The Retiree Roadrunner is driving home the issues that matter most to seniors. Alliance for Retired Americans members -- those who built the American Dream -- steel workers, vets, and retired teachers, want dignity in retirement and we're hitting the road to protect it.

The Retiree Roadrunner is visiting retiree town hall meetings, pancake breakfasts, community events about the high price of heating oil, and other outreach events throughout America’s heartland so that retirees get the facts about the economy and this election.
